Shame is an enemy to our freedom.
It has a way of sneaking in during vulnerable moments in our lives and preventing us from enjoying the life designed for us to enjoy.
The Bible declares in Romans 8:1 that "there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus." However, the enemy presents opportunity after opportunity for us to wear shame and condemnation - although Christ has offered forgiveness and freedom for us.

Shame and guilt are garments I wore regularly. I was ashamed of some of the poor decisions I made but even worse I was ashamed of things in my life I had absolutely no control over.
I spent many days with my head hung because I felt unworthy of love, grace, and forgiveness.
I have spent years on a journey to wholeness and healing. As a result, I want to walk along side you as you fully embrace the life God has designed for you.
